Trabian Customer Support Migration to Hubspot Service Desk

We’re excited to announce that we have officially transitioned to the HubSpot Service Desk Customer Support Portal!

To access the portal, please follow these simple steps to create your new account:

1. Visit support.trabian.com (you may need to clear your browser cache).
2. Click "Log In to Customer Portal"
3. Scroll to the bottom and select "Register Here"
4. Enter your email and create a password.
5. Confirm your email by clicking the verification link sent to your inbox.
6. Once verified, your account will be fully activated.

What to Expect

• Seamless ticket migration: all your existing support tickets have been moved to the new portal.
• There are multiple support channels: You can submit requests via the ticket submission forn on support.trabian.com, email support@trabian.com, or call 877-603-8011 ext. 705 for urgent issues.
• Enhanced experience: a more intuitive system for submitting and tracking requests.
• Centralized communication: improved efficiency and transparency in support interactions.
