# Trabian Customer Support Migration to Hubspot Service Desk

We’re excited to announce that we have officially transitioned to the **HubSpot Service Desk Customer Support Portal!**

To access the portal, please follow these simple steps to create your new account:

1. Visit[**support.trabian.com**](https://support.trabian.com/?hsLang=en) (you may need to clear your browser cache).
2. Click **"**[**Log In to Customer Portal**](https://clientsupport.trabian.com/_hcms/mem/login?redirect_url=https%3A%2F%2Fclientsupport.trabian.com%2Ftickets-view&hsLang=en)**"**
3. Scroll to the bottom and select **"**[**Register Here**](https://clientsupport.trabian.com/_hcms/mem/register?redirect_url=https%3A%2F%2Fclientsupport.trabian.com%2Ftickets-view&hsLang=en)**"**
4. Enter your email and create a password.
5. Confirm your email by clicking the verification link sent to your inbox.
6. Once verified, your account will be fully activated.

### **What to Expect**

- **Seamless ticket migration**: all your existing support tickets have been moved to the new portal.
- **There are multiple support channels**: You can submit requests via the ticket submission forn on [support.trabian.com](https://support.trabian.com/?hsLang=en), email **support@trabian.com**, or call **877-603-8011 ext. 705** for urgent issues.
- **Enhanced experience**: a more intuitive system for submitting and tracking requests.
- **Centralized communication**: improved efficiency and transparency in support interactions.
- **Faster response times**: upgraded tools to help us assist you more quickly.
