How to Create a Support Ticket
Go to support.trabian.com.
Click on the Open a Support Ticket button.
On the next screen, provide the details of your ticket.
Then click the “Submit” button. Your ticket will be delivered to the Trabian support queue. You will receive a follow-up email from the Trabian support team. You can also monitor the ticket status by logging into the Client Support Center. You can also add comments and files to your ticket to help the Support staff more quickly resolve your issue.
Once your issue has been resolved either the Support staff or you can close your ticket.
